Threadless labret piece that has a baguette shaped, synthetic white opal gem on top that measures about 5mm x 2mm. It is made from ASTM F-136 titanium and has a 25G pin and 3mm flat back. Sold individually, it is available in a size 18G with a 5/16" (8mm) length. Pretty piece for cartilage or tragus piercings!
